This painting takes me back to quiet reflective moments sat on the rocks on my favourite beach in Costa Rica. The rock surface is softly coloured and intricately patterned with ancient lines  giving a sense of time passed and history witnessed in this liminal space where ocean meets land. I find it peaceful.
